All purchases from mclifforddesigns.com are securely processed by American Express, Visa, or Mastercard.
As soon as we receive credit card authorization, the order will be processed. When the order is processed we will send you a shipping notification by e-mail. We will notify you if there is any delay in shipping due to inventory. You will have the right to cancel if this occurs.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by FedEx Ground. Please call (704.363.7590) or email us to have orders shipped faster.
Sales Tax
North Carolina residents are subject to sales tax on all purchases.
Returns
We will gladly provide a full refund within 30 days of shipment date. Items may be returned by UPS and must be in original condition and include the receipt. A 10% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are sorry but we cannot accept return of sale items. |
